I have total confidence in the practical application and value of the Psychosexual Alignment method and the Sex Mastery Program. I truly care about your success, and therefore, if for some reason, something falls short of your expectations, please contact me so we can sort it out.

However, if you apply the techniques as instructed for 30 days and don't find it life-changing, simply reach out for a full refund. Your satisfaction is my mission, so I'd also love to hear your feedback which will help improve the Sex Mastery program.

1. Program Application

Achieving success in the Sex Mastery Program is reliant on clients implementing the complete instructions for 30 Days and fulfilling the necessary material in the course.

a) You must complete all current program worksheets, which are provided at the end of each module in the Sex Mastery program.

b) The current program worksheets need to be fully completed which means a minimum of 30 words for each question to encourage you to get the best results and insights possible.

c) You need to be proactive in implementing all processes and techniques given. This will enable you to realize the benefits of the program and make great transformation in your life.

d) Changing your mind, changing circumstances and unwillingness or inability to comply with the requirements of a program (including a lack of time to complete the program) is clearly not completing the program.

e) A 30 day timeframe allows ample opportunity to both gauge the program's value and effectiveness; and make progress towards your desired outcomes as you implement the program fully.

f) Commitment - Belief and your commitment to personal growth is imperative for successful endeavor. By enrolling the self-paced learning programs, you acknowledge the importance of dedicating yourself fully to the journey ahead.

g) Realistic Expectations - You are encouraged to approach your personal growth journey with realistic expectations, reducing the pressure to immediately master new knowledge and achieve results.

h) Dedication - It is important that you actively work through the program from beginning to end and implement the provided instructions. Participants who fully engage with the content are more likely to experience the comprehensive benefits the Sex Mastery Program provides.

i) Support - Throughout your journey, Jacqui Olliver is dedicated to providing effective support and resources to assist you. Reach out if you need additional guidance or have questions about the program content.

j) Continuous Improvement - Jacqui Olliver is continually motivated to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the Sex Mastery Program. Your experience fuels commitment to innovation and improvement, and therefore you are encouraged to forward your questions, insights, and feedback to Jacqui.

k) Results Focused - Jacqui Olliver and the Sex Mastery Program main aim is on your results. The 30-day timeframe allows ample opportunity to both gauge the program's value and effectiveness; and make progress towards your desired outcomes.

2. Commitment to Transparency

The Refund Policy provides guidelines for Jacqui Olliver / Sex Mastery Program, consulting packages, pay-per-session consultations, self-paced learning downloadable programs, and ongoing support through phone, video conferencing, or email.

a) This policy underscores Jacqui Olliver's commitment to transparency and outlines the terms that govern your experience with Jacqui Olliver and the Sex Mastery Program.

b) Please review this information carefully to familiarize yourself with the refund policy and the specific conditions.

c) Your satisfaction remains the top priority, and Jacqui Olliver's aim is to provide a clear and fair understanding of the refund procedures.

3. Refunds

a) Discounted Memberships and/or Programs - Jacqui Olliver reserves the right to not provide refunds due to the highly discounted amounts on some programs and memberships.

b) Full Payment - The material contained in programs and membership area is priced at a fair value considering it's long-lasting benefits. Recognizing this value and benefits given by discounts, you agree that discounted material and program refunds are not available in this situation.

c) Consultation Refund Policy - Your investment is important to me, and I'm committed to your journey. While consulting packages, pay-per-session consultations, and self-paced downloadable courses included in a consulting package are non-refundable, I offer additional support options. At my discretion, I may provide further phone, video conferencing, or email support at a discounted rate to empower you on your path to success. Your satisfaction and progress matter deeply to me.

4. Other Conditions

a) Lifetime Access - Situations and circumstances change over time, so by having lifetime access you also benefit from updated and new material added to the program and membership area.

b) Fees; Payment - Upon purchasing a 1/1 consulting package or consultation with Jacqui Olliver, you agree to pay the applicable fee by advance payment. This fee, established before service usage, must be settled before the first session. Jacqui Olliver reserves the right to modify payment terms and fees without prior notification.

c) Late Cancellation Fee - It's understandable that under extenuating circumstances you may have to cancel a session. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. Your session starts at the scheduled time, and if you arrive late without prior notice, the missed portion of the session may be forfeited. The remaining allocated time will be utilized for your session.

d) Unused Sessions - Any unused sessions will expire two years from the date of purchase. If you have unused sessions, you have the option to gift them to another person, provided they are utilized within two years from the original purchase date.

e) Support - All support will be provided in accordance with EndTheProblem standard services practices, procedures, and policies.

f) Intellectual Property - All session and support materials remain the intellectual property of Jacqui Olliver. Unauthorized sharing or forwarding of program reports, transcripts, videos, audios, summaries, and/or email support documents, digitally or in print, is expressly prohibited without written permission from Jacqui Olliver.

g) Account and Password - Should you register as a user of this website you’re responsible for keeping your account name and password confidential. You’re also responsible for any account that you have access to, whether or not you authorized the use. You’ll immediately notify End the Problem of any unauthorized use of your accounts. Jacqui Olliver and EndTheProblem are not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords. For security reasons, Jacqui Olliver and EndTheProblem do not have access to your current password and may only reset your password.

h) Product Return - By buying a product, you agree to pay Jacqui Olliver the applicable product cost. As all products are currently in digital format, no return of product is required if money refunded, although access to the membership area for that product will be revoked.

5. Consultations

Each client I work with has unique challenges, and preparing for their sessions requires hours of dedicated effort. I invest time and passion into shaping and refining each session, ensuring it is specifically tailored to the client’s needs. Drawing on years of expertise and the latest research, I create personalized solutions to maximize our time together.

Once a consultation package is purchased, I prepare extensively, reviewing previous correspondences and gathering all relevant information to provide the most effective techniques and strategies. This preparation begins long before the session, ensuring I’m ready to deliver the best possible outcome.

Please note that, due to the intensive preparation involved, I maintain a no-refund policy for consultations. This allows me to focus fully on getting results for each client, which is why I am highly recommended.

However, while I provide the guidance, techniques, and solutions, the responsibility to apply them lies with you. I’m committed to helping you resolve your emotional and sexual challenges with confidence, but you must take action to achieve lasting change.
