Thank you for reviewing my Refund Policy which provides guidelines for my consulting packages, pay-per-session consultations, self-paced learning downloadable programs, and ongoing support through phone, video conferencing, or email.

This policy underscores my commitment to transparency and outlines the terms that govern your experience with me.

Please review this information carefully to familiarize yourself with my approach to refunds and the specific conditions associated with each service. Your satisfaction remains my top priority, and I aim to provide a clear and fair understanding of my refund procedures.

I'm so confident in the value of Psychosexual Alignment, that I offer an ironclad promise: If, within 30 days, you complete a program (including worksheets provided) and don’t find it absolutely game-changing when fully applying the principles and techniques in your life, just reach out. I'll refund every penny of your investment – Your satisfaction isn’t just a goal. It’s my mission.

Please note, there are no refunds available for discounted memberships and or programs, or consultations.

A) Completing a Program

The refund for the Sex Mastery Programs are usually reliant on clients implementing the complete instructions for 30 Days and fulfilling the necessary material in the course. You need to fulfill the criteria of completing the program worksheets. The worksheets are provided at the end of each module of the sex mastery program.

Being proactive and implementing all processes and techniques given will make great transformation to your life, and hence you will realize the benefits in due course. Changing your mind, changing circumstances and unwillingness or inability to comply with the requirements of a course (including a lack of time to complete the course or program) clearly do not justify a refund.

The generous 30 day timeframe allows ample opportunity to both gauge the program's value and effectiveness; and make progress towards your desired outcomes as you implement the program fully.

B) Discounted Memberships and/or Programs

Due to the highly discounted amounts on some programs and memberships we are not able to provide refunds. The value of the material contained in the programs and membership area is enormous and usually only available by full payment. Recognizing this value, you can clearly see the benefits given by the discount and understand that because of the value given any right to a discount is waived.

Please also note that situations and circumstances change over time, so by having lifetime access you also benefit from updated and new material added to the program and membership area.

C) Consultations

Why is a consulting fee not refundable?

Each client that I work with as you can imagine has varied and specific problems and issues. Preparation for each client takes hours of work in shaping and refining each session specifically for the clients’ needs. Please understand the amount of effort and passion I give to each of my clients, especially in preparing for each consulting session.

This also combines my many years of learning and expertise with the latest research to help make the best use of time and provide the very best tailored solution for the client. This is done when the client first purchases a consulting package, and the session is primarily a way of relaying this information to the client. In many cases, I need to access information from previous correspondences, which also takes a great deal of my time.

I am able to give my clients all the best and relevant information to them, with some very effective techniques, all combined to resolve the problem. As I am very busy, and due to the fact that a customer can book their session with little notice, I make sure I have done the necessary research and am prepared for their session well in advance.

Making sure clients are well aware of the no refund policy enables me to work hard and get results for the customer, and that is why I am so highly recommended.

However, what I cannot do is learn the information, do the programs and techniques for the client. That, I am afraid, is where your responsibility lies. I am still willing to provide the services purchased in good will, but please understand the amount of effort and passion I give to each of my clients, especially in preparing for each consulting session.
