  • Hello I’ve had a problem lasting in bed for years how can I fix this problem? Sometimes I feel as if my penis is shrinking. Any advice?

    • Hi Will, it’s common for a man to lose penis size over the years. This is why it’s so important to regularly exercise the penis. (See Best Exercises link in the sidebar on this page). You need to learn how to control your sexual focus to be able to last longer. This includes how you focus your attention on yourself and your partner.   • I am suffering the ED. I cannot satisfy my wife. Sometimes it does not get hard or sometimes I ejaculate early. Its been two years now. I really need help. I used pills but they don’t help at all.

    • Hi Charlie, it sounds like it may be a medical problem. You need to put your attention into your penis to become aware of sensations, in which case worrying about what’s happening with your penis can be part of the problem. Once you’ve had an incidence of worrying about gaining enough erection hardness it can put your mind off track in future sexual encounters. This is an easy problem for me to solve, usually in an hour and a half session.
